Ammonium Sulfate

Updated: Feb 14

What is it?

Ammonium Sulfate is a fertilizer that is easily soluble in water. It can be used as the top dressing of the soil. It provides lawn nitrogen and sulfur that are already available in the soil.

How to use?

Typically, it is recommended that five pounds per 1000 square feet are the best amount for your lawn. You can apply it four times each year. You can start this application in early spring and late fall. Remember that apply it only if you find the grass dry and water the lawn right after the use of ammonium sulfate.
